Your order will be shipped directly from the artist, insured and traceable, to guarantee that you receive your order and that it is in perfect condition. Unless the art is a custom order , we will gladly refund your purchase less the cost of shipping and handling. When returning your order, use a traceable service such as Federal Express or UPS, insure the package to the total cost of the enclosed art and ship the package back to the artist. Once we receive the art and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund your purchase.
